Finding a Good Match When Adopting a Dog. Our dogs that are available for adoption currently live in foster homes while waiting to find their own forever homes. This gives us better information on the dog’s personality, needs, and what sort of home might be the best fit. Our goal is to make good matches for both adopters and the dogs.The cemetery has been in existence since the early 1920s and was formerly known as the Feist Pet Cemetery. It was donated to Animal Humane Society in the late 1980s. Now the site is open for quiet reflection and ceremonies.
